Linen

Linen is included in the price and includes white cotton sheets, white fluffy towels, face cloth, bathmat, handtowel and tea towels Please bring your own beachtowels.

Compulsary Cleaning Fee

A compulsory cleaning fee of $50.00 is charged. If your stay is longer than 10 days then this fee is charged weekly.

Wood

Wood is available at $60/m3. Please advise us if firewood is required when making a booking.

Servicing/Chef

If you require Waitoa to be serviced daily or would like an in-house chef please enquire within.

Minimum Nights

Shorter stays are welcome although for bookings under 3 nights a $50 surcharge applies.

Longer stays

Please ask us about rates for longer stays during the Off-Peak season.

Conditions of Hire

The Conditions of Hire for Waitoa and a booking form will be sent out to you when you make a booking.

Deposit

To secure your booking we require a 20% deposit accompanied by the booking form.

Final Payment
